It is not our intent to encourage you to shop at certain stores, but if you do already shop at any of these stores, you can earn funds for Trinity Christian School. Certificates are ordered through a broker called The National Scrip Center, Inc.

The Certificates will be used as cash at the participating stores. Some certificates have an expiration date varying from six months to two years. Please make sure you read the guidelines for each merchant before ordering. (see Merchant Restrictions) You are asked to use the certificates up to the highest amount of the purchase without exceeding the total of the purchase, the balance of the purchase to be paid with cash. The rule we ask you to follow is do not expect change from the certificate. We also ask that you be considerate of this guideline when making the purchase. There are occasions where specific certificates may be on backorder especially during the holiday season. If this occurs, we will notify you and process your order as soon as possible.

Some families may prefer to use department store credit cards. If you want to continue using credit cards and do not mind paying your monthly bills in person at the store, you may use the store certificates to pay your bill. BEFORE ORDERING CERTIFICATES TO PAY A CREDIT CARD BILL MAKE SURE THE STORE PERMITS PAYMENT WITH CERTIFICATES. (see Merchant Restrictions)

All orders must be at the school by 8:45 AM Monday and you will receive the certificates Friday the same week. You may mail your order blank to the school in an envelope marked "Building a Future" allowing enough time for the school to receive before Monday, OR send in your child's Communication Folder, OR drop off in the school office. All certificate orders must be accompanied by a check written to Trinity Christian School. If a non-sufficient funds (NSF) check is received, a fee of 25.00 will need to be paid to Trinity Christian School. This will need to be taken care of before another order is placed.

Family or friends may help you with your tuition reduction and the PRO by ordering certificates and applying the rebate to your account.  Or, they may participate in the program by registering and receiving their own account number.  If you wish to help another TCS family with tuition reduction, you can note that on your registration form.  You can specify the percentage you would like this family to receive of your tuition credit.  This can be done confidentially.  The tuition reduction earned for each participating family?s account will be held by the PRO and applied to TCS?s tuition account in September/December/March and June.

The yearly fee of $10.00 with the weekly shipping costs. Please be sure to fill out the order form correctly. We cannot be responsible if you order wrong certificates. Check your totals and enclose a check for the proper amount.
